Today the Scottish Housing Regulator has published two new factsheets for tenants and landlords on raising Serious Concerns about a landlord. The factsheets have been updated to respond to feedback from tenants and landlords. The SHR consulted tenant and landlord representative bodies about the proposed changes to the factsheets.
