Wellhouse HA are now operating their own housing lists, having left the Greater Easterhouse Common Housing Register on 1st May 2021. However, we continue to let our properties in accordance with the provisions of the Common Allocations Policy.
We are currently reviewing our Allocation Policy.
Applicants are encouraged to apply digitally in the first instance. You can download and print our Housing Application Form (PDF) along with the Allocation Policy Booklet.
If you have a medical condition that affects your current housing, please also complete the Medical Application Form available online.

Please note
When submitting your application, you will be required to provide evidence to support your circumstances. This may include the following documentation:
- Proof of identity: A Valid passport, photo driving licence, or birth certificate
- Proof of National Insurance number: National Insurance card, payslips, or official correspondence from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)
- Proof of current address: Tenancy agreement or a recent (within the last three months) utility bill (gas, electricity, water, or home telephone)
- Dependants: Copy of Child Benefit award letter/book or birth certificate
- Access to children: Court or solicitor documentation, or a letter from the parent or guardian with whom the child resides
- Pregnancy: MATB1 certificate or a letter from your GP or health visitor
- Medical condition/disability: Letter from a GP or relevant professional outlining how your condition affects your housing requirements
- Notice to Quit: Copy of the formal notice issued by your current landlord
Please do not send original documents. Copies of all supporting evidence are sufficient for assessment purposes.
