Complaints Handling Outcomes

Wellhouse HA use information from complaints to help us improve our services. We have reviewed how we report to our customers, on the outcomes of the complaints received, to comply with the Scottish Public Sector Ombudsman’s updated Model Complaints Handling Procedure for Registered Social Landlords.
