Complaints Handling Outcomes
Wellhouse HA use information from complaints to help us improve our services.
We are currently reviewing how we report to our customers, on the outcomes of the complaints received, to comply with the Scottish Public Sector Ombudsman’s updated Model Complaints Handling Procedure for Registered Social Landlords.
The first of our new style reports will be presented to our Committee at its next meeting in August 2021 for the first quarter of this year (1 April 2021 to 30 June 2021) and will be available for reading and downloading here as soon as possible after the meeting. So, watch this space….
