As a Housing Association, we are required to get our properties valuated on a regular basis. This year we have asked Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to carry out a number of property inspections. You might see the surveyors around in the community.
The inspections will be carried out during January and February 2026.
Only a limited number of properties require to be inspected internally, and JLL will select these at random when the surveyors are on site.
Giving access for the internal inspection is completely voluntary, there is no obligation to participate. If a surveyor calls at your property, it would be very helpful to us to allow them to do a quick internal inspection. The inspection should take no more then 5 minutes.
All JLL surveyors carry photographic ID, you can ask them to show it before allowing access.
