Ewing Somerville Partnership Ltd. will have staff members out within Wellhouse in the coming weeks/months surveying properties around 3-29 Balado Road, 1-3 Rigg Place, 1-11 Wellhouse Gardens, 142-162 Bartiebeith Road & 103-111 Wellhouse Crescent.
The surveys are for our next 2 years of planned maintenance, and will be for replacing windows and external doors. All surveys will be carried out externally due to current Government Coronavirus restrictions, although they will also be accessing communal closes to survey also.
All surveyors will be carrying I.D. badges and may require access to your garden to fully survey the property.
