Bill Black

Bill was appointed as Asset and Maintenance Manager on 29th July 2019.  Bill has over 30 years’ wealth of knowledge and experience working within Housing Maintenance , Local Authorities as well as National and Community based RSLs.

Alex Hogg

Maintenance Officer Alex was appointed in April 2017 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the social housing sector. 
Alex’s main duties are void inspections, cyclical maintenance programme and technical inspections. Alex is also responsible for quality control on our repairs service.
Alex will also assist Bill Black in delivering our planned maintenance programs.

Jonathan Danks

Jonathan is one of our maintenance Assistants and joined the Association in December 2016. 
Jonathan is very experienced within the social housing sector and has worked with a number of associations in the east end of Glasgow
Jonathan is your main contact for reactive repairs, gas servicing and electrical testing, he also provides administration support to the maintenance team.

Gilbert Nicol

Over the last 20 years I have worked in various roles within Housing, starting out with Glasgow City Council as an Apprentice Plumber,  then as a Housing Assistant within Glasgow Housing Association. I then became a Customer Service Advisor specialising in repairs within the Wheatley Group. I have also completed my Chartered Institute of Housing level 4 award. My hobbies and interest include anything to do with sport.
