Wellhouse Housing Association offers a comprehensive Income Advice Service to all Wellhouse Housing Association tenants. Our Income Advice Officer is able to assist tenants with a wide variety of issues including:
- Challenging benefit decisions & providing appeal representation.
- Providing benefit checks / Income maximization checks.
- Completing benefit forms.
- Assisting tenants to make benefit claims.
Our Income Advice Officer - Laura Reilly can be contacted Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm
Laura can offer telephone appointments, face to face appointments, and advice by email.
