We are still following Government Guidelines which means that The Hub remains closed to the public and staff are continuing to work remotely. We are continuing to provide our residents with the best possible service and your recent survey responses tell us that you are pleased with our efforts throughout this difficult time.

Our office hours will remain to be 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4.30pm on Friday. We will be closed weekends and during the public holidays 25 – 28 September.

If you wish to discuss rent payments, housing applications or complaints, please call the Housing Team on 07387 016760. Please note that we cannot accept cash payments while our office is closed and so your Housing Officer will be able to advise you about other easy ways to pay your rent.

The Finance Team continue to work remotely and ensure that the majority of all rent and factoring payments are credited to the relevant accounts by the next working day.

Our Estate teams are continuing to clean closes and cut grass. There have been some delays to this service due to high levels of fly-tipping and items being dumped in back courts and open spaces. Please note that that Glasgow City Council are not removing bulk items at the moment and we ask that you dispose of items carefully in the bins provided or take them to a local refuse site. The Council website has useful information on disposing of waste.
